We recently founded this company to commemorate the start of a working relationship between father and son. We are a completely family-owned company; at the head we have thirty years worth of cumulative experience in the cut flower business, accompanied by drive and innovation of the restless mind of youth. Together we aim to become a force in the international flower market.

We are aware of the many shortcomings of the Mexican flower and foliage production: poor quality standards, inconsistence, and a general lack of formality and responsibility on the part of growers. We are working not only in delivering outstanding quality and reliability, but also in improving the culture of Mexican market as a whole. Benefiting not only us but also improving the competitive force for Mexican flowers in the world.

In order to acomplish this we have some strategies currently at play:

First

In order to take the most advantage of the diverse range of climates in Mexico we have growing operations in three distinct strategic locations in the country. The first two have a California-type weather; both are located in the state of Mexico, one Villa Guerrero, and the second one in San Jose near Ixtapan de la Sal. The third one has a Florida-type weather; it is located in the state of Veracruz.

Villa Guerrero (State of Mexico)

  • low relative humidity
  • low rainfall
  • high solar incidence
  • plenty of irrigation water
  • area: 8 hectars

San José (State of Mexico)

  • low relative humidity
  • low rainfall (off rain season)
  • heavy rainfall (during rain season)
  • adjacent to two rivers
  • area: 20 hectars

La Perla (Veracruz)

  • high realtive humidity
  • high rainfall
  • lower solar incidence
  • area: 5 hectars (28 hectars of contract growing)

For some well established products in the Mexican market we have intimate working relationships with key growers, dating back years. We offer technical assistance and an updated approach to growing practices. By working side by side with this growers we are not only improving their technical capabilities and their quality, but also influencing their whole culture with regards to agriculture in hopes that it will begin influencing their whole growing communities.

We offer select promotions for seasonal products which we feel have a great market potential. With this strategy we can invigorate the market while impacting the working culture of small growers.
